Job summary

Capital Square Living is seeking a Floating Living (Leasing) Consultant for Colony at Center Point and Sapphire at Centerpointe in Midlothian, VA. This onsite role combines leasing, marketing support and resident relations to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.

You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, prepare leases and coordinate move-ins while using Yardi and MS Office. A positive, team-oriented attitude and strong customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Leasing experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational and customer service skills.
• Proficient with basic MS Office and leasing software.
• A valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct property tours and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit checks and move-in follow-up.
• Prepare lease documents and ensure smooth move-ins.
• Inspect apartments and coordinate maintenance for move-in readiness.
• Monitor market conditions and support occupancy and leasing goals.
• Use on-site software to track availability and prospects.
