Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Floating Leasing Consultant to support multiple communities within the Active Adult platform. You will lead tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and help execute marketing plans to meet occupancy and revenue targets.

The role involves coordinating events, supporting resident engagement, and collaborating with property teams to ensure a superior living experience across properties.

Qualifications

• Strong sales mindset with ability to greet, qualify prospects and close leases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to groups.
• Ability to analyze market conditions and adapt marketing plans to drive occupancy.

Responsibilities

• Perform leasing activities and tours to achieve occupancy goals.
• Process applications, run credit and background checks, prepare lease packages.
• Plan and execute events and marketing activities to drive traffic and referrals.
• Assist renewal process and manage follow-ups with prospects and residents.
• Maintain accurate data in the property management system and reports.
