• 1+ year in multi-family leasing and sales practices.
• Excellent customer service and communications skills.
• Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and PMS.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of all available apartments and move-in dates.
• Conduct monthly market comparisons to support marketing efforts.
• Keep rental and marketing information up to date.
• Inspect model and vacant apartments daily for showability.
• Close sales by addressing customer needs and asking for the sale during tours.
