Floating Leasing Consultant

TUESDAY THROUGH SATURDAY schedule.

We are seeking exceptional customer service and sales-oriented Leasing Agents to join our team. The ideal candidate will be motivated, have an outgoing personality, and possess excellent organization and phone etiquette skills.

Qualified applicants will have access to an insured, dependable vehicle and be able to travel between properties throughout the day. This role requires conducting both in-person and virtual tours. Mileage will be reimbursed at the current federal mileage reimbursement rate.

Job Qualifications

• Warmly greet residents and prospective residents, providing superior customer service
• Qualify, determine needs and preferences, professionally present our community
• Answer incoming telephone calls and handle accordingly
• Ensure show quality office, models, amenities each day
• Accuracy and attention to detail in all paperwork completed
• Conduct market surveys and regularly shop competition
• Participate in ongoing resident relations and functions
• Accept service requests from residents and route to the service department for prompt processing
• Enter all traffic and telephone calls and other daily activity into the computer
