Meritus Property Group is seeking a Floating Leasing Agent in Portland, OR to attract and retain tenants across multiple properties. You will conduct tours, answer inquiries, process applications, prepare leases, collect rent, and keep tenant records in a CMMS.

The role requires frequent commuting between properties and a focus on delivering excellent customer service and upselling additional services to tenants.

Qualifications

• Strong leasing and sales background.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to upsell services and manage tenant relationships.

Responsabilités

• Conduct property tours and showcase units to prospective tenants.
• Process rental applications and perform background/credit checks.
• Prepare lease agreements and paperwork; collect rent and maintain tenant records.
• Coordinate move-in/move-out inspections and schedule repairs with vendors.
• Maintain positive tenant relations and respond to inquiries promptly.
