Job summary

Sunrise Management & Consulting in the Capital Region of New York is seeking a Floating Leasing Agent for a full-time, in-office role. The position is shared across all company properties and may be reassigned as needed based on demand; you will move between locations and report to the Regional Manager.

You will use strong sales and customer service skills to engage prospects and residents. The ideal candidate has leasing experience, excellent communication, and is detail-oriented with paperwork

Qualifications

• Experience as leasing agent at an apartment community.
• Strong customer service, sales, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communications.
• Detail-oriented with ability to prepare paperwork and reports.
• Must have a NY driver's license and own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Leads tours of apartments.
• Screens prospective residents.
• Keeps accurate and detailed records and uses Entrata.
• Assists residents with questions or other requests.
• Complies with all Federal and Local Fair Housing regulations.
• Maintains productive relationships with the Property Manager and site team.
• Other duties as assigned.
