Job summary

Project HOME is seeking a Program Support Specialist to provide mobile support across residential sites in Philadelphia. You will engage with staff and residents, support daily programming, manage resident intake and discharge, and respond to on-site incidents with empathy and discretion.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or higher, with relevant experience, and flexible evening/weekend availability. A valid driver's license is required to support mobility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 4 years' relevant experience.
• Associate's Degree with 2 years' experience.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience supporting individuals recovering from homelessness or behavioral health challenges.
• Flexible availability for evening and weekend hours.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial support, orientation, and individualized recovery planning for new residents.
• Coordinate resources, referrals, and advocacy in recovery, health, employment, benefits, and supportive services.
• Lead group activities, house meetings, and skills-building sessions; assist with housing applications and discharge planning.
• Maintain resident records in electronic systems and collaborate with internal teams.
