Job summary

ACT Partners seeks dependable Front Desk Concierge Floater to deliver exceptional customer service at luxury residential communities across the DMV area. Floaters work at multiple properties, providing coverage when staff are unavailable and adjusting to varying shift needs.

Weekend availability is required, with the ability to work both Saturday and Sunday for at least two weekends per month. Flexibility to travel between properties and adapt to different procedures is essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests, and visitors warmly and professionally.
• Provide front desk coverage at multiple residential properties based on staffing needs.
• Manage calls, inquiries, access, and general front desk operations.
• Receive, log, organize, and distribute resident packages and deliveries.
• Monitor building access and follow security procedures.
• Maintain shift reports and communication records.
• Assist residents with service requests and amenity reservations.
• Communicate with supervisors and team members.
• Keep front desk clean and professional.
