You will provide exceptional service, maintain cash accuracy, drive loan-related opportunities, and ensure compliance with lending regulations and internal policies. The position offers full benefits and a schedule that includes some evenings and Saturdays.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Collections experience (preferred)
• Ability to work on the phone for majority of the day
• Schedule varies by location: Mon-Fri until 8 PM and Saturdays
• Ability to travel to branches within the territory

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service over the phone
• Maintain office cash with accuracy and security
• Achieve account gain through loan judgment and customer solicitation
• Ensure compliance with state and federal lending regulations and Company policies
• Ensure prompt completion of loan applications
• Ensure compliance with company record keeping procedures
