Security Finance in North Charleston, SC is seeking a Floating Customer Service Representative. The role centers on phone-based customer interactions, with a friendly telephone presence and strong communication skills essential to success.

You will provide exceptional service, maintain cash accuracy, drive loan-related opportunities, and ensure compliance with lending regulations and internal policies. The position offers full benefits and a schedule that includes some evenings and Saturdays.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Collections experience (preferred)
• Ability to work on the phone for majority of the day
• Schedule varies by location: Mon-Fri until 8 PM and Saturdays
• Ability to travel to branches within the territory
