First Independent Bank is seeking a floating Customer Service Representative (CSR) to serve as the first point of contact across our branch network in Southwest Minnesota. This full-time role involves delivering exceptional service, handling deposits and transactions, and building relationships with customers to meet their financial goals.

You will travel between locations, collaborate with diverse teams, and support growth through referrals and personalized financial solutions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in banking, customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Create a welcoming experience for every customer.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other banking transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Build genuine relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering personalized solutions.

• Represent the bank in local communities through events and engagement.
• Travel across Southwest Minnesota locations to support branches as needed.
