Job summary

First Independent Bank is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be the first point of contact for customers across our branch network in Ruthton. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional service, building relationships, and helping customers reach their financial goals.

You will process a variety of banking transactions, balance customer needs with sales opportunities, and contribute to branch growth while representing the bank in local communities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous banking, customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to help at other locations if needed.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming experience for every customer.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other banking transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
