First Independent Bank is seeking a floating Customer Service Representative (CSR) to serve as the first point of contact across our branch network in Southwest Minnesota. This full-time role involves delivering exceptional service, handling deposits and transactions, and building relationships with customers to meet their financial goals.

You will travel between locations, collaborate with diverse teams, and support growth through referrals and personalized financial solutions.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in banking, customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Contribute to branch and bank growth through referrals and relationship‑building.
• Represent First Independent Bank in local communities through events and engagement.
• Continuously learn and stay informed about banking products, services, and industry best practices.
• Travel throughout our Southwest Minnesota locations, bringing your positive attitude and expertise wherever needed.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel regularly to all First Independent Bank locations throughout Southwest Minnesota.
