Job summary

First Independent Bank in Russell, MN is seeking a Floating Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact across our branch network. This full-time role involves processing deposits and other transactions with accuracy, building relationships with customers, and traveling to multiple Southwest Minnesota locations to support branches as needed.

As a Floating CSR, you'll be a trusted first point of contact for customers throughout our branch network. Every day brings new opportunities to build relationships, deliver exceptional service, and help customers achieve their financial goals.

You will:

• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other banking transactions with accuracy and efficiency.

• Contribute to branch and bank growth through referrals and relationship-building.
• Represent First Independent Bank in local communities through events and engagement.

• Travel throughout our Southwest Minnesota locations, bringing your positive attitude and expertise wherever needed.
