Job summary

The role reports to the Regional Property Manager and supervises all on-site personnel. A background in property management and customer service is preferred, with a valid driver’s license and full-time exempt status, including weekend hours as needed.

Qualifications

• May be supplemented by prior supervisory experience in a customer service environment.
• Valid Driver’s License (if operating a vehicle).

Responsibilities

• Leads leasing efforts and strives for quality residency.
• Oversees financial activities and prepares financial reports.
• Hires and disciplines employees; supervises on-site staff.
• Ensures property maintenance and timely repairs; coordinates with contractors.

Education

High School Diploma/GED

Advanced college courses in management, public relations, or accounting
