S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is seeking a full-time Floating Community Manager for our Gastonia, NC property. The role oversees all on-site staff, leasing activities, and financial operations to maximize occupancy and ensure a safe, well-maintained community.

The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience, a high school diploma, and a valid driver's license, with a strong focus on resident relations and compliance with housing laws.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a customer service environment is a plus.
• Responsible for directing on-site staff and maintaining resident relations.
• Deal with leasing activities and resident retention strategies.

Responsibilities

• Abides by Fair Housing Laws and strives for quality residency.
• Oversees financial activities and banking duties for the property.
• Handles resident issues and renewals to maintain occupancy.
• Inspects property to ensure quality and safety.
• Hires and disciplines employees; supervises security function for residents.
• Oversees maintenance, repairs, and timely project completion.
• Prepares and reviews financial reports and budgets.
• Liaises with outside contractors and attends corporate meetings.
