Bedrock Property Management seeks a Floating Community Director to provide temporary and transitional leadership across multiple properties. You will lead onsite teams, manage vendor relations, and oversee leasing performance to align with Bedrock standards and client expectations.

This role requires flexibility to travel among communities, strong communication, and the ability to adapt to different operational needs while maintaining exceptional resident service and property stewardship.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of multi-family property management experience.
• Previous Community Manager/Property Manager experience preferred.
• Customer experience focus.
• Proven leadership to motivate teams.

Responsabilidades

• Provide temporary or transitional Community Director coverage at communities as assigned based on business needs.
• Assess operational needs quickly and partner with Regional leadership to establish action plans.
• Maintain leadership continuity and communicate priorities to Regional leadership.
• Deliver exemplary customer service and create a welcoming environment for residents.
• Manage financial reporting and property performance through daily/weekly submissions.
• Ensure compliance with federal fair housing standards and applicable laws.
• Mentor and supervise onsite staff, modeling Bedrock values.
• Represent Bedrock professionally to residents, vendors, and owners.
• Oversee maintenance requests and vendor relations to resolve issues promptly.
• Travel to various communities as required for coverage and oversight.
