Job summary

Advocate Aurora Health, Inc. is seeking a Resource Nursing Assistant to float among Illinois facilities within Zone 4 and Zone 5. The role supports RNs with patient care and documentation, with a 36-hour week and a pay range of $20.80–$31.20 per hour.

Qualifications include BLS and Nurse Aide certification valid in the state, a GED/HSED or high school diploma, and 2 years acute care CNA experience preferred. Training and benefits are provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist RN with daily patient care including bathing, feeding, mobility, and activities.
• Record blood pressures, vitals, intake/output, weights, and other data.
• Document accurately in EMR and communicate observations to RN.
• Assist in admission, transfer, discharge, and room setup under RN guidance.
• Ensure patient call lights are answered promptly and maintain patient safety.
