Job summary

First Citizens Bank is seeking a personable Sales and Service Representative to handle branch transactions and customer inquiries. This float role will travel to multiple branches across Anderson, Williamston, Liberty, Clemson, Seneca and Walhalla, SC, with mileage reimbursed.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer interactions.

• Willingness to travel to multiple branches as needed.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions and handle customer service requests in the branch.
• Educate customers on bank capabilities, tools, and resources.
• Support sales efforts by referring opportunities to the appropriate partner.
• Maintain compliance with regulations and bank policies during daily operations.
• Cover up to 7 branches as a float and travel as required.
