Job summary

First Citizens Bank is seeking a friendly Sales and Service Representative to join our branch team. This float role supports multiple locations, processes transactions, and assists customers with bank products and services.

You will proactively identify sales opportunities and refer them to appropriate bank partners while delivering consistent, professional service. Travel to branches across Anderson, Williamston, Liberty, Clemson, Seneca, and Walhalla is required; mileage is reimbursed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months of customer service experience.
• Valid driver's license; frequent driving to branch offices.
• Sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service in the branch.
• Identify sales opportunities and refer to bank partners.
• Process transactions accurately and securely.
• Maintain compliance with bank policies and regulations.
• Support coverage across multiple branches as needed.
