The ideal candidate has 2+ years in multi-family leasing, Yardi experience, and is bilingual in English and Spanish. Strong communication and organization are essential, with a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in assistant or leasing roles in multifamily housing; Yardi experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Property Manager in achieving community goals and objectives
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
• Handle resident inquiries and complaints promptly and courteously
• Manage work orders and maintenance requests using Yardi software
• Coordinate lease renewals and rental increases
• Conduct unit inspections and move-in/out processes
• Support leasing activities and resident relations
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
