Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on Consumer and Business Banking solutions and explain features.
• Engage customers and promote digital capabilities in interactions.
• Assist with loan applications and servicing tasks as needed.
• Follow the Bank's sales process and provide customer-focused guidance.
• Proactively reach out to retain and expand customer relationships.
• Greet customers and manage lobby flow; refer opportunities to banking partners.
• Assist with AML/BSA/KYC processes and log interactions accurately.
