M&T Bank Corporation is seeking a Floating Universal Banker to support branch operations and engage customers in Consumer and Business Banking solutions. You will educate customers, make product recommendations, and drive digital adoption in everyday banking interactions.

The role requires strong customer service, sales capabilities, and flexibility to travel between branches within the designated area. Prior retail or telesales experience is valued, with emphasis on compliance and accurate

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of proven retail sales, call center, customer service, or telesales experience.
• Ability to travel between branches as needed.
• Proficiency with internet user‑level technology.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Educate customers and explain Consumer and Business Banking solutions.
• Engage customers to bank with us and promote digital capabilities.
• Handle servicing responsibilities for Consumer and Business Banking relationships and guide customers to appropriate solutions.
• Follow the Bank’s sales process and provide customer-focused advice.
• Proactively reach out to customers to support retention and expansion of relationships.
