Job summary

Texell is seeking a Float/Vault Teller to support multiple Temple locations, with the downtown Temple branch as a home base. You will perform cash transactions, vault duties, daily balancing, and assist with audits in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a high school diploma, cash handling experience, and a customer-service mindset. Drive-thru hours and occasional Saturday work are part of the schedule, with a comprehensive benefits package included.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Prior customer service and cash handling experience preferred.
Banking experience is a plus and helpful in fast-paced atmosphere.
Must maintain accuracy and confidentiality in financial transactions.

Responsibilities

Provide WOW! service to members while handling cash transactions with precision.
Open and close vault daily, balance vault, and distribute cash to tellers as needed.
Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other transactions.
Assist with logs, audits, and security controls including dual control checks.
Occasionally replenish cash equipment and support ATM operations.
Follow security procedures and protect member information.
Cross-sell Credit Union products and services to benefit members.
