A leading financial institution is seeking a customer service representative in Union City. The role involves processing financial transactions, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining accurate records. SUMMARY
Performs a variety of duties to provide customer service by explaining and processing investments and other financial services, and maintaining accurate records. All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

A proactive customer service approach and willingness to go beyond normal duties are expected.
Employees are regularly required to stand, use hands, reach, talk, and hear. Frequent sitting, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. Occasional walking, climbing, or balancing. Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities include close vision and focus adjustment.
