Job summary

CONSUMER DIRECTED SERVICES INC. is seeking a dedicated Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time day shift to provide high-quality patient care across medical-surgical units.

You will assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document care, develop and modify individualized care plans, and ensure compliance with Oklahoma nursing standards and related regulations in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of nursing experience.
• Oklahoma RN license required.
• BLS certification required within 14 days of hire.

Job description

Join our team as a full-time, day shift Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for providing high-quality patient care across various medical-surgical units.

Responsibilities

• assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting care activities in line with healthcare standards; developing and modifying individualized care plans; and ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements such as the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act, CMS, and TJC.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience, a two-year associate degree, Oklahoma RN license, and BLS certification (obtained within 14 days of hire).

Skills and qualities

• ability to deliver efficient, effective, and quality patient care; knowledge of med-surg and rehab units; adherence to regulatory standards; and strong documentation skills.
