Job summary

Banner Wyoming Medical Center in Casper, WY is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Med/Surg Float-Hosp team. This is a full-time role with day or night options and requires delivering high-quality patient care across units.

You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care, collaborate with the care team, document outcomes, and support discharge planning while maintaining standards of practice and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• Banner Registry/Travel roles require at least one year of acute care experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or professional certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for patients.
• Formulate a plan of care including discharge planning with patient/family input.
• Coordinate care and supervise team members to deliver nursing care.
• Document findings and communicate patient status to the care team.

Education

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Professional certification preferred
