Job summary

Banner Health is seeking a Medical/Surgical Float Registered Nurse (RN) to provide patient care across multiple settings including Medical Surgical, PCU, ICU, ED, and other units at Banner Baywood Medical Center in Mesa, AZ. This role requires a valid RN license, BLS, and experience in acute care.

Schedule includes 3 12-hour shifts with day and night options, weekend rotations, and shift differentials. The department focuses on efficient patient management and collaboration with a broad health

Qualifications

• Must possess a current RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience in acute care hospital setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care.
• Coordinate with the care team and document care in patient records.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff as assigned and ensure continuity of care.
