Four Seasons is seeking a Float RN to provide direct nursing care across a 15-county service area in Western North Carolina. The role supports staffing vacancies, leaves of absence, onboarding, high census, admissions, after hours and weekends.

The Float RN will supervise LPNs and Hospice Aides, teach care plans, and collaborate with multiple departments while ensuring patient-centered hospice care and compliance with regulations. Travel across regions is required.

Qualifikationen

• Accredited School of Nursing
• Two years of clinical experience preferred
• Hospice or home health experience preferred

• Provide direct nursing care to patients.
• Instruct and supervise LPN and Hospice Aide staff.
• Assist with staffing coverage and prioritization of patient care.
• Maintain documentation and care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to plan patient-focused care.
