Job summary

CarePartners is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time, day shift with float pool duties in western North Carolina. The RN will lead and coordinate professional nursing care, document care and patient teaching, and implement physician-prescribed interventions.

Qualified candidates hold an Associate's or BSN, current NC RN licensure (eNLC may apply) and BLS certification, with at least one year hospital nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
• Must have and maintain current licensure as registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
• eNLC (Enhanced Nurse License Compact) license may apply, licensee should confirm with NCBON.
• Registered Nurse must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• BLS Healthcare Provider certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership which facilitates the delivery of professional nursing care for the comfort and well-being of patients.
• Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to provide, delegate, supervise and document care and teaching of patients and family.
• Implements medically prescribed interventions.
