Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking an RN to join our Clinical Float Pool, floating to ER and ICU as needed. This full-time night shift (7p–7:30a) offers weekends and holidays off, with opportunities to support bedside care across markets within the system.

Responsibilities include assessing and planning patient care, coordinating nursing decisions, documenting interventions, and collaborating with care teams under a clinical manager. Requires RN license and an associate degree.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in designated state of employment.
• 1 year of acute care RN experience.
• BSN preferred in some markets; associate required.
• Experience with EPIC EHR is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Float between ER and ICU to provide patient care across departments.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care per standards.
• Coordinate care and document interventions for each patient.
• Support staffing and scheduling across sites within market.
