Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking an RN for the Clinical Float Pool in Youngstown, OH. The role requires flexible flotation to various departments and units, including travel across markets, with a focus on patient care and safety.

The position offers full-time night shifts (7p–7:30a) and opportunities for professional development; required is an active RN license in Ohio and at least 1 year of acute care experience. BLS is required; ACLS/PALS are preferred depending on specialty.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in acute care (required).
• Current nursing license in the designated state of employment (required).
• BLS required; ACLS or PALS preferred depending on assignment; must obtain ACLS/PALS from approved source before direct patient care.

Responsibilities

• Float to various departments and sites as needed to provide patient care.
• Schedule coverage and staffing across units within a shift.
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
