Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking an experienced RN for the Richmond ER Float Facilities. The role involves floating across multiple ERs and freestanding ERs in the Richmond market, with a 36-hour weekly schedule and self-scheduling options.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Current state RN licensure.
• ACLS and BLS certifications.
• ER nursing experience of 2+ years.
• Availability for 36 hours weekly and weekend rotations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Provide advanced treatment and care to patients with complex diagnoses.
• Evaluate, update and revise plan of care to achieve outcomes.
• Administer medications safely according to policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
