You’ll deliver patient‑centered care across medical‑surgical and telemetry units, collaborating with teams to ensure safe, timely care while expanding your clinical skills in a supportive hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Recent acute Medical/Surgical/Telemetry nursing experience preferred.
• Current licensure as a Registered nurse by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing.
• Basic Life Support by the American Heart Association before hire.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care utilizing the Nursing Process; assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document care.
• Collaborates with other health care providers to ensure quality and continuity of care.
• Care for patients across multiple med‑surg units and telemetry; adhere to safety and infection control standards.
• May assume charge nurse responsibilities and participate in unit meetings and QA studies.
