Job summary

Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital Milton is seeking a per diem Float Pool registered nurse to join a rotating team across adult medical-surgical and telemetry units. The role requires a minimum 16 hours per month and one weekend shift per month, with one winter and one summer holiday.

You will provide patient-centered care using the nursing process, adapt to varied care settings, and collaborate with the care team to ensure quality and continuity.

Qualifications

• Recent acute Medical/Surgical/Telemetry nursing experience preferred.
• Current licensure as a Registered nurse by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required before hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the Nursing Process across med-surg and telemetry units.
• Adapt to different care settings each shift with strong clinical judgment.
• Collaborate with the health care team to ensure care quality and continuity.
