Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital–Milton is seeking Float Pool RNs for a per diem commitment with a minimum of 16 hours per month. The role spans multiple adult medical–surgical and telemetry units, including 2 East, 2 North, and 3 North, offering flexibility and collaboration across the hospital.

You will provide high‑quality, patient‑centered care across med‑surg units, adapt to different shifts, and contribute to a supportive, collaborative environment.

Qualifikationen

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse by the Massachusetts Board.
• Basic Life Support certification required prior to hire.
• Pay range listed with potential shift differentials and other pay practices.

Aufgaben

• Provide patient care using the Nursing Process, assess health status, and update care plans.
• Collaborate with other health care providers to ensure quality and continuity of care.
• Participate in unit-based QA studies and may act as charge nurse when needed.
• Uphold safety and infection control standards; adapt to various care settings.
