Corewell Health's Greenville Hospital is seeking nurses for its Community Hospital Float Pool. This role offers cross-training across Med Surg, ICU, Emergency, and OB, with a 36-hour work week and a full-time schedule. External hires may receive a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Associates in Nursing required.
• Bachelor's in Nursing within 5 years required.
• MI RN license required.
• BLS within 90 days.
• ACLS within 6 months.
• PALS within 180 days.
• TNCC course required.
• NRP within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Delivers nursing care per ANA standards and state regulations.
• Uses nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation.
• Upholds professional standards: ethics, cultural care, communication, leadership, education.
