Mercy South Float Pool is seeking a dynamic Registered Nurse who thrives on variety and continuous learning. As a float nurse, you will rotate across Orthopedics, Med/Surg, Telemetry, ICU, Emergency Department, and other units, delivering high-quality patient care and coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams.

This full-time role offers a $20,000 sign-on bonus, competitive pay with tiered and additional shift differentials, and day-one benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years bedside RN experience
• Nursing degree from an accredited school (BSN preferred)
• Current RN license in the state
• BLS through the American Heart Association
• Push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds on a regular basis
• Prolonged standing and walking each shift
• Ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties

Responsabilités

• Provide patient care across multiple units as a float nurse
• Coordinate patient care with other departments to ensure smooth transitions
• Maintain patients' rights and confidentiality of patient information
• Deliver care consistent with Mercy Nursing Professional Practice Model and established guidelines
