Mercy South Float Pool is recruiting a Registered Nurse to provide patient care across Orthopedics, Med/Surg, Telemetry, ICU, ED, Behavioral Health, Oncology, Neurology and more. This role supports growth and learning with unit variety.

Enjoy a full-time position with a $20,000 sign-on bonus, tiered hourly differentials by unit, plus additional evening/night/weekend differentials. Benefits start day one and nursing opportunities to advance.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of bedside RN experience.
• Nursing degree from an accredited school (BSN preferred).
• Current RN license in Missouri.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Float across multiple units providing patient care.
• Coordinate patient care with other departments.
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality.
• Uphold Mercy Service Standards in daily practice.
