Mercy South Float Pool is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care across Orthopedics, Med/Surg, Telemetry, ICU, Emergency, and more. The role offers variety, ongoing learning, and flexible sign-on options including 20,000 dollars upfront or 50% upfront with a 2-year commitment.

Full-time status with competitive hourly pay, tiered differentials, and additional shift differentials support evenings, nights and weekends.

Qualifikationen

• 1–2 years of bedside RN experience is required.
• Nursing degree; BSN preferred.
• Current RN license in the state.
• BLS certification required by American Heart Association.
• Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 pounds and prolonged standing.

• Provide patient care across multiple units as part of the Mercy South Float Pool.
• Coordinate patient care with other departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality.
• Adapt to different unit needs, ensuring safe and effective nursing practice.
