Job summary

You will deliver nursing care in line with the ANA nursing process, emphasize critical thinking, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Required qualifications include an Associate’s in Nursing, MI RN license (or must obtain within 5 years for a Bachelor's track), and BLS

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing required.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing expected within five years.
• Michigan RN license required (or must obtain within five years if pursuing BSN).
• BLS certification required within 90 days of start.

Responsibilities

• Delivers nursing care across departments as described by the ANA nursing process.
• Demonstrates critical thinking in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
