Qualifications

• BCLS, ACLS, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assesses the patient's physiologic health status and conducts patient interviews.
• Collaborates with physicians and other health team members in coordinating procedures and treatments.
• Develops plan of care, identifies outcomes, and coordinates care including discharge planning.
• Provides patient and family education and emotional support, documenting status and care plan.
• Maintains accurate documentation and uses clinical judgment in all patient care activities.
