Northwell Health seeks a registered nurse to provide age-appropriate care within a dynamic patient-care unit. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care while coordinating with physicians and the health team to deliver safe, effective treatments.

Qualifications include NY/CT RN licensure and 1–2 years of related nursing experience. The role emphasizes documentation, patient education, discharge planning, and teamwork in a high‑acuity setting.

Competenze

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing with an RN license in NY/CT.
• 1-2 years of professional nursing experience in a related specialty.
• Current RN license in New York State and/or Connecticut; BLS required.

Mansioni

• Perform age-specific nursing care using the nursing process.
• Assess physiologic and psychosocial health status and document outcomes.
• Develop and revise care plans aligned with patient goals.
• Coordinate with physicians and health-team members for treatments.
• Administer medications safely and educate patients and families.
