Northwell Health in New York is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide age-appropriate care using the nursing process, collaborating with physicians and the health team to coordinate procedures and treatments.

The role requires leadership, clinical judgment, and the ability to direct and delegate within the patient care unit. You will document care plans, assess physiologic and psychosocial status, and participate in discharge planning.

Formación

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State.
• BCLS, ACLS, preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of ED experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assesses physiologic health status of patients across multiple systems.
• Collaborates with physicians and health team members in coordinating patient care.
• Directs and delegates activities of the patient care unit team.
• Assists with discharge planning and coordinates referrals as appropriate.
• Maintains documentation of patient care, plan and responses.
