Job summary

Greenbrier Valley Physical Therapy, a H2 Health company, seeks a Float Physical Therapist to support outpatient clinics in Low Moor, Covington, and Daleville, VA. You will evaluate patients, design care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based interventions across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• DPT degree from CAPTE-accredited program or MSPT/BPT equivalent.
• Current Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• Willingness to travel between clinic locations.
• New graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
• Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, function and quality of life.
• Treat orthopedic, post-operative, musculoskeletal, balance and mobility-related conditions.
• Provide patient care across multiple outpatient clinic locations.
• Collaborate with patients, families, physicians and interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness and home exercise programs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation to streamline documentation time.
• Use the Raintree EMR platform for documentation, scheduling and patient management.
• Manage a caseload with ~10-12 patient visits per day for full-time outpatient clinicians.
• Support a positive clinic culture focused on patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
