Qualifications

• Active state Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, evidence-based therapy to patients with a variety of conditions.
• Float between multiple clinics as needed.
• Document care accurately in Raintree EMR.
• Maintain a caseload of approximately 50 visits per week.
