Job summary

H2 Health is seeking a Float Physical Therapist to support outpatient clinics throughout the Bluefield region. You will deliver evidence-based care across multiple locations, treating orthopedic injuries, post-operative rehab, balance and mobility issues.

Collaborating with clinicians, you will educate patients on injury prevention and home exercise programs while maintaining accurate progress documentation. New graduates are welcome, with competitive compensation and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy or equivalent from a CAPTE-accredited program.
• Current Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
• Deliver evidence-based treatment to improve mobility, strength, balance and function.
• Treat orthopedic, post-operative, musculoskeletal, balance and mobility conditions.
• Collaborate with patients, families, physicians and care teams to achieve outcomes.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness and home exercise programs.
• Document progress using Scribe AI and Raintree EMR.
