- Manage and provide operational leadership to assigned MarinHealth Medical Network ambulatory clinic areas
- Ensure clinics meet enterprise-wide goals for safety, affordability, quality, satisfaction, and access
- Plan and organize operations and resources for effective and efficient patient care delivery
- Manage policies and procedures and ensure compliance with clinic, affiliate, vendor, enterprise, and regulatory requirements
- Identify best practices, standardize workflows, and propose action plans for implementing changes
- Implement and manage capital and operational budgets to achieve financial targets
- Effectively use personnel, resources, and supplies
- Develop and maintain partnerships with physicians, medical directors, internal and external peers, leaders, and regulatory agencies
- Collaborate on initiatives and resolve operational issues
- Guide or directly intervene in challenging or complex situations

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or related field, or equivalent education/experience
- Equivalent experience accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma
- 3–5 years' supervisory and/or management experience in an ambulatory healthcare setting
- Experience including budgets, fiscal management, and revenue cycle
- Comprehensive knowledge of applicable state, federal, state licensing, and local regulations related to ambulatory settings
- Knowledge of ambulatory operations and clinical workflows
- Leadership, team building, coaching, and mentoring skills
- Tactical and analytical thinking and planning skills
- Ability to develop plans, identify obstacles, and resolve operational issues
- Ability to build effective working partnerships
- Verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills
