Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
- Three years supervisory experience.
- Current RN licensure in Kansas or multi-state licensure.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership through planning, organizing, coordinating, monitoring and evaluating the care provided for patients in individual units.
- Oversee fiscal, human resources, risk management and operational functions.
- Maintain 24 hour accountability and align with Wesley Medical Center values.
- Contribute to strategic planning and program development.
