Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license in Ohio.

• Up to 1 year of clinical nursing experience in a unit-specific area.
• Knowledge of telemetry and cardiac patient care.
• Preferred membership in related professional organization.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments; document findings.
• Develop and update care plans; coordinate with care team and discharge planning.
• Provide patient and family education; ensure safe medication administration.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses; ensure adherence to policies.
• Supervise care delegated to other staff; promote teamwork and continuity of care.
